Onboarding Guide
Everything you need to go from program concept to global launch — your step-by-step guide to publishing on the UnitusTI platform.
Welcome to the UnitusTI publishing program. This guide walks you through every step of the process — from setting up your account to launching your program to clinics and organizations around the world. Your dedicated Publishing Team will be with you at key points along the way.
Your Collaboration Account
When you begin the publishing process, you will be given access to a collaboration account where your checklist and all onboarding information lives. This is your central hub — log in at any time to track your progress through each stage, communicate directly with your Publishing Team, and access resources and scheduling links.
Your checklist, scheduling links, templates, and onboarding documents all live here. Even if you prefer to work independently, these resources remain available to you at any time.
Your Publishing Team
From kickoff to launch, you have a dedicated Publishing Team assigned to support you. They will meet with you at four key points in the process, help you make informed decisions about how to build your program, connect you with the right resources, and keep you on track.
Use the collaboration tools in your account to message your Publishing Team directly, or use the contact details provided in your welcome email.
For platform questions, use the Help link inside your UnitusTI account to access the Support portal and documentation.
Your Publishing Team Meetings
You will meet with your Publishing Team four times throughout the process. Each meeting is one hour and designed to give you personalized guidance at the right moment.
| # | Meeting | When | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Kickoff meeting | Start of process | 1 hour | Meet your Publishing Team, review your program concept, and determine the best area of UnitusTI to build your content. |
| 2 | Check-in meeting | Mid-process | 1 hour | Review progress, address questions, and provide guidance on content creation and structure. |
| 3 | Check-in meeting | Mid-process | 1 hour | Second check-in to review further progress, troubleshoot challenges, and confirm you're on track to launch. |
| 4 | Release to production meeting | End of process | 1 hour | Walk through your completed program with the Sales & Tech team. Final review before launch. |
Use the scheduling links in your online checklist and collaboration account to book each meeting. You are welcome to use all available slots — the number included is based on your publishing agreement.
The Publishing Process
Your journey from concept to launch is organized into four phases. Each phase has a clear set of tasks and a Publishing Team meeting to support you along the way.
You're welcome to opt out of the guided meeting framework and build at your own pace. Everything in this guide — content type descriptions, checklist, scheduling links, and support resources — remains available to you at any time through your collaboration account.
UnitusTI offers several distinct ways to publish content, and one of the most important early decisions is choosing the right one for your program. The best fit depends on your discipline, the type of content you're creating, and — critically — how end users will run and track progress with your program in practice. Your Publishing Team will help you evaluate the options at your Kickoff Meeting.
UnitusTI Content Types
| Content Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Program Templates | Pre-built goal and objective banks designed for behavior therapy disciplines such as ABA. Program Templates capture detailed session data that feeds into graphs and insurance-level progress reports — making them the right fit for programs where rigorous data collection and clinical documentation are central to how the end user works. Best for: ABA, behavior therapy, and any discipline requiring detailed data tracking and formal progress reporting. |
| Assessments | Structured evaluations that measure a client's current skills or needs. Assessments can be mapped to the author's own Program Templates, so that completing an evaluation automatically surfaces relevant goals for the subscriber to assign. This creates a guided, evidence-informed workflow from evaluation to treatment planning. Best for: programs that begin with a formal intake or skills evaluation before treatment planning. |
| Learning Units | Built on the assessment engine, Learning Units are designed for straightforward learning experiences delivered directly to a subscriber's staff or clients. They combine execution and progress tracking in one place, making them ideal when the goal is a simple, guided experience rather than deep clinical data collection. Best for: staff training, client education, or skill-building programs where ease of use and completion tracking are the priority. |
| Materials | Interactive flashcard-style content that can be deployed through UnitusTI's integrated online meeting tool. Materials capture simple session data for clients and are designed for direct, engaging interactions — well suited for remote or in-person skill practice. Best for: programs that involve direct client practice with visual or interactive prompts, delivered in session. |
Many authors combine content types — for example, pairing an Assessment with Program Templates, or supplementing a core program with Materials for in-session use. Your Publishing Team can help you think through what combination best serves your program's goals.

UnitusTI supports your promotional efforts by listing your program in our Marketplace and featuring it in occasional media campaigns. Think of this as a platform that amplifies your reach — the most effective promotion comes from you as the author and expert behind the program.
