Business Development Executive

Mundo Pato Inc. is looking for a business development executive for education and therapy publishing and program management services for treatment in school districts and clinics. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sells and markets SaaS cloud therapy and education services while equally meeting customer requirements.

  • Services existing school districts, therapy centers, NGOs and clinic accounts, obtains orders. 

  • Establishes new opportunities by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential clients and partners.

  • Creates and adjusts content of sales and marketing presentations by studying the type of educational or therapy field specialty.

  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential markets and clients.

  • Submits orders by referring to price lists, product literature, contracts and RFQ protocols.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly, quarterly and annual territory analyses.

  • Monitors competition matrix by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new services, and marketing techniques.

  • Recommends changes to services and new products, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing and delivering solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Works in cooperation with the design, development, legal, operations, client services and accounting departments. 

  • Three years of sales experience 

  • Sales experience in education and mental health preferred
