Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Company Overview: We are a SaaS therapy publishing and treatment management cloud business that provides innovative global solutions to improve neurodiverse, special needs and mental health services. Our mission is to create access to academics and subject matter experts by delivering cloud programs to field practitioners, clinics, school districts and orgs. Our programs and cloud toolsets make neurodiverse & special needs programs more accessible, and effective for everyone. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and help us improve internal operations and create standard operating procedures across all departments.

Job Description:

As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all departments are working together efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing staff and operations internationally, updating and maintaining automation of backend processes and creating seamless communication and data transfers from marketing, sales, legal, accounting, client services, development, and support departments to avoid data redundancy while ensuring data security and proper ops KPIs for the departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and implement standard operating procedures across all departments to improve efficiency and productivity. Maximizing continuity of services and operations.

  • Ensure that all departments are working together effectively to achieve company goals.

  • Automate backend processes to reduce manual workload and increase accuracy.

  • Ensure seamless data transfers from marketing, sales, legal, accounting, client services, development, and support departments to avoid data redundancy while ensuring data relevancy and security.

  • Monitor KPIs for each department to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the company.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all department heads.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong knowledge of business operations, including finance, marketing, sales, legal, accounting, client services, development, and support.

  • Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and automating processes.

  • Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other executives and department heads.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
